CoC Grant Funded Programs

One way in which the Continuum of Care (CoC) promotes the community-wide commitment to the goal of ending homelessness is by prioritizing the United States Housing and Urban Development funding into a local grant awards. Annually, grants are awarded through a competitive process to local public and private agencies who:

These grants may be for new construction; acquisition, rehabilitation, or leasing of buildings to provide transitional or permanent housing; rental assistance; payment of operating costs; supportive services; re-housing services; payment of administrative costs; and grants for technical assistance.
